So we are back in ABQ and staying at my parents hous for 5 days over christmas. We actually got our christmas shopping done 2 days before christmas, thereby setting a new speed record in christmas shopping, and allowing us a free day all to our selves.
We went over to our house we are trying to sell and met our real estate agent there to talk to him. While we have been gone, we had a person come and clean our back yard and it looks great. Makes us feel like slobs for living in the fiflth that our back yard was for so long. Now we just have to wait as prople transition from theif focus on the material parts of christmas to the drinking and merriment of the time between Christmasand New Year's eve, finally reaching the lets get back to reality phases that starts around Jan 2nd, and start looking for houses again.
Untill then, I am happy paying 2 mortages and watching the holiday marathons of the Cosby show, which is still good after all these years -- or maybe Cops.
